For its 50th anniversary, Charlemagne Chocolatiers is offering chocolate squares of exceptional quality, thanks to its new manufacturing process from bean to bar.
The cocoa beans are selected directly from the farmer and come from Nicaragua, Uganda and the Dominican Republic. Also, the Liège chocolate factory roasts the beans at low temperature which releases aromas of rare finesse and preserves the personality of the cocoa.
Currently there are 8 flavors available: dark Grand Cru O'Tuma, dark Grand Cru O'Payo, Chef's dark, dark crunchy coffee, milk intense cocoa, milk speculoos, milk passion fruit and milk salted butter caramel.
The range of small chocolate squares and the range of boxes will expand to other gourmet flavors depending on the inspiration of our Chef chocolatier.
