The Chef's 74% Dark chocolate is a subtle blend of beans from two origins:
- The Dominican Republic presents notes of brownie and honey . It comes from a social cooperative of 50 farmers.
- Uganda beans have notes of cocoa, peach and orange. They come from a cooperative of 1,200 small farmers, each with land of 1 to 2 hectares.
